Tell your own story
Reviews must describe a real, firsthand experience with the listed operator. Be specific about dates, features, support, or account processes. Opinions are welcome; do not present someone else’s story as your own.
Positive and critical reviews are welcome
We do not reject a review because it gives a low rating or disagrees with an editorial ranking. Moderation checks relevance, authenticity concerns, privacy, abuse, and spam. A casino’s editorial position does not change these standards.
Keep private information private
Use a display name. Do not post account IDs, email addresses, payment details, identity documents, addresses, passwords, or someone else’s private information. Avoid links, referral codes, advertising, and repetitive submissions.
Disclose connections
Declare employment, representation, referral incentives, or other connections to the operator. Connected submissions are labeled and do not contribute to the visitor average. We do not reward reviews or particular ratings with XP, prizes, or benefits.
How the score works
The visitor average is the arithmetic mean of all approved ratings from contributors who declare no connection to the operator. All five ratings carry equal weight. Pending, rejected, withdrawn, and connected submissions are excluded. Visitor averages and editorial rankings are separate.
What moderation does—and does not—verify
Every submission enters a queue before publication. Moderation is not proof of a verified casino account, purchase, or redemption. We do not issue a “verified player” badge. If clarification is needed, the team may use the private email supplied with the submission.
Update, remove, or appeal
Save the private code shown after you submit. On the Manage my review page, you can check status, see the moderation reason, update a review, or remove it immediately. Edits return to moderation. Never share your private code publicly. If you lose it or disagree with a decision, use the contact form with your submission email and reference.
Reports and editorial replies
Use “Report this review” to flag a specific concern. A report does not automatically remove criticism. Responses from this site are clearly labeled as editorial replies; they are not presented as operator support.
